Taco Villa: Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Topeka

Good food for a decent price. We eat there quite a bit when we are in Topeka. Really like their enchiladas.

Not bad at all! A little hidden jewel? When u walk in u it gives 90 vibes and that's okay with me. I read somewhere they are family own and operated. Also have been around for a long time. The staff was friendly and while it was lunch time and a little packed things went smoothly out wait was about 10mins which wasn't bad at all. Plenty of inside seating. Was fairly clean and well kept. Food was pretty good. The prices are crazy good. We ordered four tacos two hard and two soft with sour cream and a beef burrito covered in cheese with a large soda and still spent less then 20.00. Definitely worth stopping in.

I love this place. It's consistent...service, food, and a no frills atmosphere that is really basic but homey. This place has been in business 50 years...ya got a love that. I like going here to support a small local business.

Listen folks. You get what you pay for. They have relatively cheap prices on some food with decent quality. Don’t get me wrong, you can do much better, but you could also do a lot worse. When it comes down to it, it’s a good and cheap place to take the family to eat. There is also a claw machine and prize containers for the young ones.

Visiting with a friend over the weekend and had the pleasure of dinning at this gem. Our friend warned us that it's definitely white boy tacos but rest assured it was still fire. It was like walking into another time, very 70's. First thought was this could be really bad, but it also could be really great. After seeing how busy it was I was more excited than nervous to try this joint out and the prices?! One of the first things I noticed and could not believe was how affordable everything was. Decision over load! Luckily we had plenty of time to look over all the options and made some decisions on what was about to go down. Taco dog a must, Taco burger, The thing and some regular tacos were a few of the many things we got. Everything we got was so damn good. We can't wait to go back and drown ourselves in the cheese dip and Taco dogs. Until then it will be dreams of doing so. Keep it alive Topeka. We will be back.

Don’t walk in thinking it’s some authentic Mexican cuisine. It’s definitely a Midwest gringo twist but it works. A long time standard fare in Topeka, you can get a good filling meal at a decent price. I know, a taco made with a hamburger bun? Enchiladas wrapped in plastic wrap and nuked. Get over it, try it, it’s good!
